My Story

Tyler Webb has been hard at work assisting individuals with disabilities in Utah since 2011. He began his career working as a staff at a residential provider and immediately fell in love with this line of work. Tyler graduated with a B.S. in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Psychology to further his goal of improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.

His enthusiastic, focused, and effective approach to improving the lives of the individuals he works with resulted in several leadership roles throughout the disability community over the next ten years. During his time as an administrator for residential services, he assisted with the development and implementation of training for staff members to ensure that everyone shared his vision and high standard of quality support.

In 2020, Tyler oversaw the transition of Utah County day services from a sheltered workshop model to a community based and employment focused model. The resulting transformation has assisted over a hundred individuals with enhanced community integration, options, and employment opportunities. Tyler has worked closely with the state office of Vocational Rehabilitation to help numerous individuals obtain successful employment and pursue their educational goals.

Tyler is a talented musician and spearheaded a mobile guitar lesson program to help increase accessibility to music lessons for people with disabilities and has helped introduce several individuals to the joys of making music. Tyler is adventurous and believes in living life to the fullest, and strives to help his clients do the same, even if there are a few extra obstacles to overcome along the way.

Tyler brings a level of passion, enthusiasm, and experience to his role that will ensure quality support for the individuals in his care.
